FOOLS AS ONE is always trying to give back to the community as much as possible. If there is anything you know of that we can partake in, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know. We will be more then willing to do whatever we can to help out.
FOOLS AS ONE was notified by the Treasure Coast Humane Society that they needed help in getting a new Thrift Store opened. After looking at what was need to get the job done, FOOLS AS ONE was there to assist. We were proud to save the Humane Society money that could be used to help the animals of Martin County. FOOLS AS ONE donated over 300 labor hours to complete several different tasks within the Thrift Store.
Below is a donation of hams that FOOLS AS ONE organized to feed locals in need of a good meal who couldn't afford it. The donations were received by "Whole Food Market," which then were given to the House of Hope in Stuart.
FOOLS AS ONE join together with Eric Johnson Construction to assist Habitat for Humanity in organizing the restore in Stuart. Over 100 man hours of time donated to help build shelves, move merchandise, disassemble construction materials for sale at the restore. FOOLS AS ONE also recently assisted in a kitchen tear-out were the cabinets and appliances were all donated to restore and sold to raise money for Habitat for Humanity.
FOOLS AS ONE donated time and equipment to assist House of Hope in their annual food drive. FOOLS AS ONE members would pick up food at drop sites and deliver to the House of Hope pantry to be sorted and stored for future meals.
One of our own was overseas serving our country and FOOLS AS ONE was there to support Dan Hudnet, his family and fellow soldiers he serves with. FOOLS AS ONE had sent some supplies and items that were not available to them in Iraq. We would like to thank Dan and every other soldier that serves our country!
FOOLS AS ONE spent a few days this holiday season helping the Martin County Big Heart Brigade deliver a Thanksgiving meal for many in need. Not many people know what goes on behind the closed doors of a group like this. As you can see, it takes several hands to clean, dress, wrap and cook the turkeys. Another fun few days while helping our local community.

FOOLS AS ONE met up with Four C’s from a recent article in the newspaper. We found another great non-profit organization here in Martin County that takes used clothing for children of all ages, launders repairs and places cloths back on a sales floor for display. However, these cloths are free for those in need. Four C’s needed old carpet removed and new tile floors placed down. FOOLS AS ONE spent several days removing the commercial grade carpet, leveling the floors and laying the new tile. Another chance to save an organization money to be spent on the children instead.
