Please keep the Pompano Fire Rescue family and the Elliot family in your prayers for their loss, RIP.
Enable, embrace and give us strength to assist our own and our local community in their time of need.
Firefighters in your area are at your service day and night 365 days a year. There are tons of questions and uneducated people that do not understand how local fire departments are run and the behind the scene operations. Please support them and if at any time you have questions, contact your nearest fire department for the truth.
Sometimes life throws a curve ball. We come to areas in our lives where we feel like were pushed up against a wall and think we have no one to lean on. Here in Martin County we don't want our fellow brothers and sisters feeling like this, so we're here to lend a helping hand... whether it be a hot meal, a place to stay, financial struggles, drug/alcohol abuse, marital problems, or you just need someone to talk to, it could be anything at all. Click here and an email will be sent to our members and you will be hearing from one of us very soon.
Friends and Family, please take time to remember Freddie. This February 25, marks another year since the “Filthy Animal” has left us! Everyone will agree it’s not the same without him around. Fred Pierno Jr. was the first line of duty death for Martin County Fire Rescue and FOOLS AS ONE. Freddie was the 13th firefighter in the United States and the seventh in Florida to be classified as a Line of Duty death due to a hepatitis infection. Please keep Freddie and his family left behind in your prayers.
Remember to sign up for the International Convention coming up this summer in Alaska.
